Introduction

As a Hair Stylist at Kalon, you’ll be trusted with more than just great hair. You will be responsible for creating a signature guest experience. From the first consultation to the final finish, you’ll deliver consistent, high-quality services that reflect our luxury standards, while building long-term client relationships through care, communication, and attention to detail.

What will be your role?

Lead a thoughtful consultation to understand lifestyle, hair goals, and suitability before recommending a cut, style, or treatment plan
Deliver precision haircuts, blow-dries, styling, and finishing with consistency, speed, and a luxury standard of detailing
Recommend professional haircare and treatment add-ons based on hair analysis, with honest guidance and strong product knowledge
Maintain impeccable hygiene: tool sanitation, station discipline, and service-room readiness at all times
Collaborate with the team to ensure on-time service flow, smooth handoffs, and a calm guest experience even during peak hours

How we will train you

Kalon technical standards: haircut foundations, blow-dry finishing, and service detailing benchmarks
Luxury consultation framework: communication, recommendation confidence, and guest comfort cues
Product + treatment protocols: diagnosis-led recommendations, aftercare, and retention best practices

What are the minimum requirements to apply?

Prior salon experience preferred (fresh talent with strong fundamentals and learning mindset is welcome)
Strong communication, calm presence, and the ability to build trust with guests
Professional grooming, punctuality, and a high standard for hygiene and discipline
